RENTAL CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT NOTICES

 

Service Fees

The service fee for the payment of OGS, HGS, highway toll, bridge toll etc. 35 TL

Traffic fines payment service fee 35 TL

The service fee for the replenishing of missing fuel 15 TL

Cratos reserves the right to change this information and prices over time.

Mileage Limits

• The mileage limit of the vehicle is 500 km for daily rentals, the monthly limit for economic and medium group vehicles (which will be accepted as monthly rental if the daily rental period exceeds 12 days) is 6,000 km, for the upper group vehicles (monthly rental period exceeds 12 days for the upper group vehicles) the mileage limit is 5,000 kilometers.

In the case of exceeding km;

• 2 TL per km in case of exceeding km in economic groups,
• 2.5 TL per km in case of exceeding km in middle groups,
• 3 TL per km in case of exceeding km in upper groups and minibuses,
• 3.5 TL per km in case of exceeding km in premium groups,

exceeding fee will be charged per km.

Driving License and Age Limits

Renter should have a credit card on his/her own. Renting a car in economic groups driver requires to be 23 years of age and have at least one year B group license. The minimum age and driving license information related to the vehicle groups are given in the table below. These conditions must be met by both the tenant and the additional driver (s).

• In order to rent vehicles in the economic and middle group, at least 23 years of age and 1 year driving license is required. People between the ages of 21-23 and who have a 1 year driving license can rent a car from the economic group by paying the Young Driver fee.
• • In order to rent the vehicles in the upper group and minibus groups, at least 26 years old and 3 years driving license is required. People between the ages of 25-26 and who have a driving license for 3 years can rent a car from the upper group or minibus groups by paying the Young Driver fee.
• • You must have at least 29 years of age and 4 years driving license to rent the vehicles in the premium group. People who are between 27-29 years old and have a 4 year driving license can rent a car from the premium group by paying the Young Driver fee.
• • Renting a car by paying a young driver fee is required to obtain the Super Maximum Assurance Package.

Insurances and Assurances

Our vehicle assurances and assurance packages vary according to campaigns and prices. For information about the fees and limits of additional insurance you may need, you can consult our branch where you will rent. Cratos reserves the right to change this information over time.

All of our cars has Rent a Car İnsurance.

Information about the extra insurances and assurance packages that we provide service are as follows.

• Mini Damage Assurance: It is the assurance that the damage is solved by the tenant declaration in unilateral damages that may occur in the bodywork up to 4000TL
• Third Party Liability Assurance: This is the guarantee covering damages against third parties within the limits determined under the optional financial liability insurance of the rented vehicle in addition to compulsory financial liability (traffic) insurance.
• Personal Accident Assurance: It is the assurance that guarantees the driver and the occupants within the personal accident limits in the insurance policies of the rented vehicle.
• Tire / Windshield / Headlamp Assurance: This is the guarantee to eliminate the damages on the tires, windows and headlamps.
• Maximum Assurance Package: This is the assurance package covering Exemption Assurance and Tire / Windshield / Headlight Assurance.
• Super Maximum Assurance Package: This is an assurance package covering Exemption Assurance, Tire / Windshield / Headlamp Assurance, Personal Accident Assurance, Third Party Liability Assurance.

Contract Modification, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pay Now - Pay on Delivery Reservations:

You can also change the vehicle group, reservation date, add and remove additional assurance, except for the change of purchase branch, for your reservations that prefer “Pay Now ”and “Pay on Delivery”. Some changes may cause price differences.

Early / Late Returns of the Rental:

In case of early return, no refund will be made, the remaining balance can be used by the relevant tenant within 6 months from the date the vehicle is returned. The balance is reset in the period exceeding 6 months. In case of a delay of 1 hour or more, one day rental fee will be charged to your contract and the amount will be collectted from your credit card.

Rental Extension:

In case where the vehicle has a rental request for a longer period of booking dates after the start of the rental, the tenant is required to apply to LESSOR in order to receive a written approval from LESSOR. In this case, after the price is re-calculated by the system, the additional fee will be charged from the credit card presented at the beginning of the rental.

Cancellation and Refund Transactions:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge 24 hours prior to the date of booking. If you want to cancel your reservation except for the related conditions, you will be charged 1 day rental fee.
